Bramham Gardens private parties and picnics
The Bye-Laws give a general rule that parties over 10 people must have permission from the sub-committee. Traditionally we have followed a more specific breakdown, as follows:
Under 10 people: no permission required.
Please obtain permission for over 10 people (maximum of 30) and confirm the day’s availability. A contribution of £250 and a refundable deposit of £250 are due to the garden funds via bank transfer. The deposit is to ensure that the garden is left in good condition.
You must read through and agree to the standard conditions (click to download) for private parties and barbecues within these gardens.
Please be considerate of other residents sharing the Garden. While you enjoy your gathering, it is essential to consider our neighbours.
Once you have met all the criteria, you will receive the bank transfer details. We can then confirm the permission via email.
