Bramham Gardens is a private garden for quiet and considerate use by the residents.

The garden enclosure is gated and requires an electronic fob for access. It is essential to understand that this is not a park. Please read the bye-laws and check the hours of use (see footer) carefully. Failure to follow the rules by you or your household may result in the deactivation of the fob.

  1. A key fob will only be issued to the resident named on the current Council Tax Demand for the property.

  2. The key fob must never be lent or given to anyone outside the registered household. Under no circumstances may a keyfob be given to a contractor for works which require access through the garden.

  3. Only one key-fob per property will be issued for £50 plus a refundable deposit of £300.

  4. The deposit will be fully refunded on the return of the key-fob within three months of leaving the property. The key-fob must be returned only to the sub-committee.

  5. Fees for the replacement of lost fob is £100.

See below two types of eligibility for access.
